This is really amazing <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> I love the lighting and contrasts. His _{(not sure if it's a he or she D: I'm just going to use he for now)} expression is just priceless. It seems to convey that he's annoyed but really is longing for something. The emotion is very clear and very poignant. I love how it has a monochrome feel but the bits of color just really liven up his face and adds so much character to the photo. Also the contrasts are very nice because the dark isn't overwhelming and the whites don't detract away from the dark background either. The depth of focus is nice in that i can see the pattern on the cloth but the main focus is still the cat <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> Your composition also is spot on <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> If there is anything I could say about this piece it's that maybe watch out for grain especially toward the blur sections in the background i.e top right area near the tail. The grain makes it look a tad unnatural because of the way the light hits the fur. There's like a hard line of light followed by a darker area. Other than that, very nice job <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/l/l…" width="19" height="19" alt="" title="La la la la"/>
